DCG-ACTIF Thermodynamic Aluminum Round Diffusers are designed to efficiently supply heating and air conditioning in rooms with higher ceilings.
They are available for 6″, 8″, 10″ and 12″ duct diameters. Ideal for commercial applications including restaurants and offices with high open ceilings.
The diffuser will automatically adjust its diffusion pattern based on the supplied air temperature, switching between horizontal projection of cool air and downward projection of hot air. This optimal temperature-based diffusion dramatically improves thermal comfort and energy efficiency in spaces with high ceilings.
ACTIF diffusers are self contained units which are automatically actuated by thermoreactive elements. They don’t require any power, configuration, controls nor maintenance.
